Effective dry cleaner. Why use a liquid based product? Excess fluid can wick into the cartridge or cause the stylus to unglue from the cantilever. How it works: A three-dimensional cross-linked structure with microscopic hooks embedded into the fiber. Gently lower the stylus onto the foam block then lift it. The stylus beds into the foam and when lifted the hooks catch onto and gently remove dirt particles. Our Bren1 Stylus Cleaner is easy to use! Similar to the Zerodust method except it removes more than dust and it's much less expensive. This product also includes a way to clean the cantilever. You will receive: one inch square block that has a non metallic ballast on the bottom, place this on platter or plinth and lower the stylus onto it using only the weight of tonearm. Refresh block occasionally by trimming 1/16 th off the top with a razor, twice yearly with heavy use, one pre-made swab for cleaning the cantilever, removes the green / yellow waste vinyl material, extra loose material to use as you wish, make your own swabs, clean terminations, etc., there are many uses, get creative!, one brush to remove dust and lint before using cleaner, instructions.
